This restaurant is one of my favorites. I've been there from time to time. No matter what I have tried I've loved. I was there yesterday. The service is top notch. The place is in an old house , which is beautiful. The back of the place is facing a beautiful pond. It only has one drawback. The bathrooms are on the second floor. This is not a problem unless you're handicapped.

They have a $31 brunch which includes one alcoholic (or non) drink. Certain item requires an up charge. Overall the portion were generous and the service really prompt, attentive and courteous.

Great food and ambiance. A really nice American restaurant that serves some of the most amazingly delicious foods in the area. We were blown away by the crispy calamari, which features a much thinner batter layer that had a nice and crispy crunch, more akin to Japanese tempura. The portion sizes were fairly large too, and the amount of meat in the braised short rib papardelle was amazing. The creamy texture of the meat blended very well with the fresh parpardelle. The seafood paella is certainly a must get, with the rice layer really soaking up the flavour of the mussels and clams that fill the plate to the brim in both quantity and flavour. The seared tuna bowl was good too, but nothing too special when compared to the other dishes. Service was very good, and the window seating provides a nice view of the lake nearby!

Great spot in Roslyn, LI. Overlooks a pond which is very scenic. Service and staff was great. The drinks and food here were delicious. I would go with any of the cocktails but my bloody mary was on point. Food was the standout. Burger was juicy and flavorful. The cob salad was fresh and satisfying. And the crab cakes were a great appetizer. Would definitely come back again. Great in a group or for date night.

Joined a colleague for dinner here midweek. Had Martini Salmon bowl Shared strawberry shortcake I was so surprised how much I enjoyed the meal! Lots of options on the menu. Warm atmosphere, charming building and friendly competent staff. Came home to tell my husband that we need to go together! I hear they are known for their short ribs dishes, but I wanted salmon and I was soooo pleased with my dinner. Enjoy!
